How do I send the photos for my order?
Once you place your order on our website, the product description will mention the required number of photos. After placing the order, you have to share the photos with us via WhatsApp, along with your order ID, for smooth processing.
How many photos are required for a product?
The number of photos required varies for each product. The specific photo requirement is clearly mentioned in the Specifications section of every gift.
How many days does delivery take?
The making and delivery timeline is 12 to 15 days (maximum). If you require delivery before this timeline, please reach out to us on our customer care number via WhatsApp. Our team will be happy to assist you.
How will I receive my tracking details?
Once your order is shipped, the tracking details along with the courier partner’s name will be shared with you via SMS or WhatsApp. You can then track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.
Where are you based?
Our company is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We offer delivery across India. International shipping is also available; for the same, please contact our customer care team for assistance.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
As all our gifts are customized and the order processing begins immediately after an order is placed on the website, cancellations are not possible once the order is confirmed.
What if my product gets damaged during delivery?
We take utmost care in packaging our products, and we have not faced such issues so far. However, in rare cases, we request you to record a clear unboxing video. If the product is found to be damaged, please share the video with us, and we will arrange a replacement from our side.
